Delivery Policy

Our carrier will aim to deliver between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. You will be asked to sign for the delivery please check carefully that the goods are in good condition. If not please sign the delivery note from the carrier accordingly. Timed and weekend deliveries are not available.

All orders sent by Royal Mail will be sent on the first class service or Small Packet Service. We cannot accept any responsibility for late or damaged deliveries arising from these postal shipments. Recorded and Special Delivery is available on request.  Please ask for a quote.

Eli-Chem Resins Ltd will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of delivery in writing on the delivery note nor for goods left in any place at your request.
