Eli-Flex Conveyor Belt & Rubber Repair Resin by Eli-Chem Resins

Eli-Flex is a two part polyurethane resin formulated to effect quick and easy conveyor belt repairs

Eli-Flex is available both in paste and liquid forms. These have been formulated for applications on vertical or horizontal surfaces for instant conveyor belt and rubber repair e.g. holes,tears, splits, cracks, sealing joints, preventing spillage, covering metallic fasteners, repairing marine fenders and floating hoses. Eli-Flex is designed to be applied with a spatula or a similar tool. After a few hours the cured product achieves physical properties similar to the conveyor belt rubber cover.

There is also an Eli-Flex Adhesion Promoter to aid the adhesion of Eli-Flex in difficult conditions, Eli-Bond FR704 is a one-part, brush-on adhesion promoter that strengthens and enhances the bond of polyurethane resins to specific rubbers, concrete, metals, steels and fabric carcass.
